Lesley Lotto has been practicing yoga for more than 25 years. But it wasn’t until she moved to Montana that she began a deeply personal practice. Lesley has studied Ashtanga and Alignment based Vinyasa, Core Power and Core Strenthening style Vinyasa, Kundalini, and has a deep affection for the Sivananda and the Dharma lineages too. Lesley’s classes are light and fun, sometimes weaving Kirtan and chanting with her guitar into class. Her yoga philosophy is “Yoga Yay!”. She teaches all of those styles and Restorative, Yin and Kids classes, but mostly to whoever she is lucky enough to have in the room. Lesley has studied and practiced with many greats including, but not limited to: Dharma Mittra, Seane Corn, Rolf Gates, Raghunath, Gurmukh and Guru Rattana. Lesley has an at-home yoga studio where she practices daily, loves to handstand every day and most especially loves to take hikes in the mountains with her pooch, Jani (gift of g-d in Hebrew).
